The Cabinet Secretary for Health, Wellbeing and Sport, Shona Robinson has welcomed the recent investment in Aurum Biosciences Ltd.
Shona Robison said:
“This Government is committed to encouraging research and innovation within our health service, so I welcome this investment in innovative stroke technology.
“This spin out from Scottish Health Innovations Ltd, the organisation funded by the Chief Scientist Office to support NHS innovations, shows the level of expertise that exists within Scotland’s NHS and the close working relationship between NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and the University of Glasgow.”
Aurum thanks the Cabinet Secretary for her warm words. This follows on from the parliamentary motion congratulating Aurum on its recent funding which was tabled last week.
